About one third of the more than 100 project proposals received by Zhuhai officials for the development of Hengqin Island have come from Macau.
Zhuhai Communist Party Committee Secretary Gan Lin said priority would be given to the consideration of these proposals.
Meanwhile, Gan Lin also told the local press that basic infrastructures for the Hengqin Island, among other projects will be completed within three years.
