Chiang Ngoc Vai will replace Wong Wan as representative of the Secretariat for Transport and Public Works on the Tourism Development Committee, the government announced yesterday in its Official Gazette. This replacement comes as Wong Wan left his job as Director of the Transport Bureau. At the same time, Melina Leong Sio Mok, sister of the city’s Secretary of Economy and Finance Lionel Leong Vai Tac, was replaced by Toh Hup Hock as representative for the Cotai Ferry Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of gaming operator Sands China. Melina Leong left the company in May to focus on her family. The document signed by the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture also reveals that Cheang Kam Va was appointed by the Secretariat for Security to replace Pun Su Seng.
