CTM: operating normal

Local telecommunications company replied to Business Daily’s enquiry that ‘CTM’s network and services are operating normal’, in the wake of the many complaints received from residents claiming that communicating application – Telegram – requires a VPN (virtual private network) in order to be able to access.
‘We tested the service after we received your enquiry, and found no specific problem’, stated CTM’s reply email.
The switch to Telegram is triggered by the recent announcement made by the Chinese authority that creators of online groups on WeChat would be responsible for contents and information within the group chat.
