360° Café at Macau Tower 

Take the 2017 Christmas celebrations to new heights with a scrumptious feast in 360° Café. Located on the 60th floor of Macau Tower, 360° Café is Macau highest restaurant, offering stunning panoramic views. Guests can enjoy the food and the stunning skyline of the city at the same time. Start the feast with an irresistible seasonal seafood platter of lobsters, shrimps, shellfish and fresh sashimi on a bed of salad.  

Continuing with savoury Cantonese siu mei and dim sum. A variety of Macanese dishes can also could be found here, including Portuguese vegetable broths and gratinated chicken in spicy coconut sauce. Meanwhile, meat lovers can enjoy a hearty helping of roast lamb, steak and ham here. Last but not least, to finish the feast with the sweet chocolate fountain, the festival could not be more wonderful. What is even more exciting is that while enjoying the feast, spectacular views of Macau unfold before you as the restaurant slowly rotates! 

Urban Kitchen 

Marriott is no doubt one of the most reliable brands in the world.  Located in the largest JW Marriott in Asia, Urban Kitchen is a modern, lively all-day dining outlet, which provides a buffet of international and regional flavours. Here, guests can, like Santa, just fly the world in one day tasting delectable cuisines from a variety of countries. 

The restaurant is divided into six areas, including Seafood Bar; Macanese, Portuguese & Tuscan cuisine; Cantonese, Beijing & Sichuan cuisine; Japanese & Korean cuisine; Desserts & Soft-serve Ice-cream; along with Live Action Juice. Seafood lovers will go crazy about the fresh oysters, lobsters, king crabs, bread crabs and other high quality seafood. Another must-try dish here is Roasted Peking Duck in the Cantonese, Bejing & Sichuan area, acclaimed as the best in town.  

The chef will slice the duck for guests onsite. Portuguese dishes are also very outstanding here, with savoury Grilled Portuguese Chorizo definitely satiating the palate. All of Urban Kitchen’s main dishes are made-to-order. Upon receiving an order, the dishes will be swiftly and freshly prepared from the kitchen and brought to the table in individually served portions.
