Ho Chio Meng trial starts Feb 17

The trial of former Prosecutor-General Ho Chio Meng will begin on the morning of February 17, according to information released by the Prosecutor’s office. The trial will take place in the Court of First Instance and will include nine other defendants, accused of various crimes. Crimes relating to the former prosecutor-general include fraud and abuse of power, among others. As previously announced, the prosecutor will be facing over 1,900 charges of illegal activities.
