Beijing-based builder Jangho Group Co Ltd announced on Wednesday evening that its local subsidiary company, Sundart Engineering Services (Macau) Limited, has won the bid for the renovation works of Louis XIII Macau. The contract that the Shanghai-listed company won is worth HK$70.5 million (US$9.09 million), which will account for 4.73 per cent of the annual income of the company, according to its filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company will be in charge of the work on the standard rooms, superior suites and corridors of Louis XIII located in Cotai Strip. The project, meanwhile, is expected to take nine months. In fact, Sundart had also won tenders for renovation works from Galaxy Entertainment Group, Melco Crown as well as Sands ChinaÂ’s The Parisian Macau before.
