Overall, the number represents an increase of 10.56 per cent from the 2,282 professionals registered under the qualification scheme in April, when the CAEU released its previous data.

According to the scheme, qualifications for the exercise of professional functions are obtained through enrollment at the Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT).
