Macau (MNA) – The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) told Macau News Agency (MNA) evening that the license for Morpheus Hotel – the latest flagship property by Melco Resorts & Entertainment – has been issued on Thursday, June 14, including food and beverage licences for the hotel’s restaurants and bars and licences for other facilities inside the establishment.
Setting to open officially on June 15 (Friday), the hotel held another media tour today to display the property with more extensive details.
Featuring an avant-garde design by award-winning architectural firm helmed by the late Zaha Hadid, the property will be able to accommodate guests in 772 rooms.
The CEO and Chairman of the company, Lawrence Ho Yau Lung, also revealed that the property will deploy no junket operators to attract high-rollers.
The CEO has declined, however, to disclose the number of gaming tables for the operation of premium mass.
