Macau | Local businessman Lucas Lo involved in US$217 million property purchase in Hong Kong

Macau (MNA) – Real estate new website Mingtiandi reported this Sunday that local businessman, Lucas Lo, was part of a investor consortium that purchased a US$217 million building in the Hong Kong district of Sheung Wan.

The property named Bonham Circus, is a 29-storey building formerly known as EIB Centre with a gross floor area of 8,175 square metres.

According to the report, the group of investors of which Mr. Lo was part of, purchased the property from real estate investment firm Pamfleet, which purchased the tower in 2016 for HK$100 million.

A Macau-born entrepreneur of Peruvian descent, Lucas Lo, is also the chairman of real estate company, Similan Group, which prior to the purchase owned as its Hong Kong portfolio, the commercial buildings Zing! and The L Square in Causeway Bay, and The L Place in Central.
