Macau (MNA) – Latest model of Apple’s smartphone, iPhone X, was available Friday at stores in Macau SAR, with locals queuing to get the device.
Since early in the morning to the afternoon scores of people queued outside the Apple store located at Galaxy.
The devices started to be sold in Hong Kong and mainland China in November 3, but it could arrive local stores just today.
CTM announced that was starting to accept pre-registration for the model on November 8, but the selling date was November 24.
Apple shares rose 4 per cent in after-hours trading to hit an all-time high on November 3 just after releasing the phone, Reuters said. Analysts lavished praise on Apple CEO Tim Cook and speculated on when Apple might become the first public company worth a trillion dollars.
