Macau (MNA) – A Deutsche Bank report estimated on Wednesday that MGM could receive 150 tables for its MGM Cotai opening, but considered that the allocation is not excessively ‘meaningful given the ability to shift capacity from the Peninsula and investor comfort that table utilization remains low.’
The report also highlights that junkets will probably start operations some time between the end of the first quarter of the year and the beginning of the second, with direct VIP only available at the opening.
The analysis also states that the opening of the Mansion (one of the features of the project), targeted by the company for the second quarter of 2018, could be delayed to the second half of the year.
