Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd says mass-market gaming helped drive its third-quarter revenue up by 24 percent from a year earlier. The company told the NASDAQ that net revenue was US$1.25 billion (MOP9.98 billion) in the third quarter of this year. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose by 39 percent to US$315.2 million. Co-chairman Lawrence Ho Yau Lung said his company had outperformed other casino operators in the table games mass market. Mr Ho said Studio City was on schedule to open in the middle of 2015.
