Siam Orchids Thailand filed a lawsuit earlier this week in Vietnam to compel the Ho Tram Project Company to release alleged past due payments of over US$400,000 (MOP3.2 million) for landscape management services provided from December 2008 until November 2010. “We have agreed to all of the recent Ho Tram Project’s requests for delays and tried to work with them to achieve an amicable settlement, but the time has come for the courts to decide the outcome,” Siam Orchids Thailand said in a press release.
