Almost 2 million border crossings expected

Local authorities are expecting a total of 1.9 million border crossings for the Chinese New Year period, running from January 22 to January 29.
The PSP Barrier Gate commissioner Ku Keng Hin told reporters the number of border crossings is expected to go up 5 to 7 percent over the same period last year, Macau Post reported.
The figure includes both locals and tourists.
