Nova Park, Shun Tak Holdings Ltd’s latest residential development in Taipa, will offer what is being dubbed as the city’s first 24-hour residential clubhouse.
“The city is alive 24 hours a day, so as a real estate developer which truly understands the needs of our community, Shun Tak is pioneering many unique features at Park 24,” said Warren Leung, director of property sales. “Our residents will no longer be constrained by time.”
According to a press release, since last month’s naming ceremony of Nova Park, the developer has already received “over 300 solid enquiries to date”.
Pre-sales are to be launched within the year subject to progress of sales preparation.
