Macau dealers are not happy with their work environment, the Macau University of Science and Technology’s Employee Confidence and Satisfaction Index shows. Dealer work environment satisfaction level dropped to a record low last year, to 2.76 on a 0-5 scale (the higher the better), a year-on-year decrease of 4.2 percent, Macau Daily Times reported. Overall employee satisfaction scores for Macau increased 1.2 percent from a year earlier to 3.26.
