Effie China Awards will showcase the 2011 award winning entries from the mainland and around the world for the first time in Macau.

The objective is to educate and raise the standard of the marketing and advertising industry and professionals in Greater China.

The Effie awards are given yearly and honour the most effective marketing communication ideas.

Today there are over 40 national and regional Effie programs worldwide.

The exhibition kicks off tomorrow at One Central.

It will last until December 14.

Tomorrow, there will also be a seminar on effective advertising, at Grand Lapa hotel, promoted by the Effie China Awards.
