This year’s Macao Franchise Expo will see a sharp increase in scale.

The exposition’s area has been enlarged from 3,000 square metres in 2010 to more than 5,000 square metres this year.

There are over 150 exhibitors and 200 booths, a 30 percent increase over last year.

Among the exhibitors, 45 are local companies.

This year, the exhibitors are from 13 different countries or regions, engaging in different industries like food and beverages, retail, services, education, strategic planning and marketing, and consulting services.

The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute organizes the event, in association with several business associations.

The Franchise Expo will be held from July 8-10 at the Venetian-Macao.
