Grand Lisboa to get 30 tables from Oceanus

The chief executive of SJM Holdings Ltd, Ambrose So Shu Fai, said that at least 30 low-yielding gaming tables would be moved from casino Oceanus to Grand Lisboa hotel, the Macau Daily News has reported. Union Gaming Research Macau analyst Grant Govertsen wrote in a note today that the redeployed tables could positively impact SJM’s operations in the second half of this year. He added that the 30 tables should generate gross gaming revenue of about HK$1.1 billion at Grand Lisboa in the second half of the year, with associated EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of approximately HK$150 million (US$19 million).
