La Scala to be launched soon

Chinese Estates Holdings Ltd. will launch its La Scala residential project in the first quarter.

“We are now building three showflats of La Scala in Taipa,” Sue Chan Sze-wan, sales and leasing manager for Chinese Estates told The Standard.

The first phase consists of 800 apartments.

La Scala will be built by 2014 and is located in Taipa, near the airport.

The development represents an investment of over HK$20 billion (US$2.57 billion), the company said last year.
