Between January and December 2012, an “incentive travel stimulation programme” is underway to boost the development of business tourism.

In a statement, the Macau Tourist Office said the scope of the program includes organizers and planners of incentive travel, incentive activities, and team building activities.

The target is to have at least 50 non-local participants with a minimum two-night stay in a Macau hotel.

And as a show of faith, the local government will give MOP300 to every non-local participant who holds an incentive activity in Macau.
