New system to calculate land premiums

The government is deciding whether or not to come up with a new method to calculate land premiums.
The secretary for transport and public works said his bureau has commissioned a study on the current market situation and is not ruling out the possibility of introducing assessment methods used in neighbouring regions.
Lao Si Io also said that whether or not the government halts land approvals before the law on land grants and the urban planning law are passed is something that cannot be taken lightly.
