One Central shopping mall almost full

One Central’s shopping mall is “now 81 percent occupied with space only remaining on the third floor,” according to Hongkong Land Holdings.
The One Central complex is a joint venture between Hongkong Land Holdings and Shun Tak.
The shopping mall includes 20,000 square metres of retail area.
