5.3-magnitude quake hits 114 km S of Kandrian, Papua New Guinea: USGS

A 5.3-magnitude earthquake jolted 114 km S of Kandrian, Papua New Guinea at 20:36:14 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 18.91 km, was initially determined to be at 7.2308 degrees south latitude and 149.369 degrees east longitude.
