Air Macau increases flights to Tokyo

Macau (MNA) – Local airline Air Macau has announced on Monday that starting from today the frequency of its daily flights to Tokyo will be increased from one to two daily flights.

The airline stated it has obtained more A320 NEO aircrafts for the Macau-Tokyo route, as part of its plans to expand and renew its fleet.

Air Macau is also planning to increase the frequency of its Macau-Osaka route to two daily flights ‘shortly’, while also planning to increase the frequency of its Fukuoka route, which currently includes four weekly flights.

‘After then [Air Macau] will consider operate some new destinations in Japan, providing more choices to passengers,’ the company stated.

The company currently flies to 26 cities, having started routes to the Chinese cities of Qingdao and Wenzhou last year.
