Local gaming company Amax International Holdings Limited has announced its name will change to Century Entertainment International Holdings Limited, with his Chinese name to change from 奧瑪 仕國際控股有限公司 to 世紀娛樂國際控股有限公司.
The change was approved by the registrar of companies in Hong Kong on December 3.
The company headed by local businessman, Ng Man Sun, will also change its logo, with his company website to change to www.ceihldg.com starting from December 16, 2019.
The company reported recently that its revenues for the six-month period finishing on September 30 of this year dropped 54.3 per cent year-on-year to about HK$28.5 million (US$3.6 million), due to poorer results from the group’s VIP room operations in Cambodia.
The company also has businesses interests in Vanuatu gaming, in the development of AR/VR entertainment, apps on mobile devices platforms, and customized IT and design solutions
