Andrew Macaulay resigns from Shuffle Master

Andrew Macaulay resigned as executive vice president, Asia for Shuffle Master. Mr. Macaulay, who was based in Macau, joined the company in July 2008. He “has driven some significant achievements in our Asian business, including the opening of a Singapore office and growth of our electronic table games business in Asia,” Shuffle Master said in a staff announcement note. “Due to Andrew’s seniority and the commercially sensitive nature of the role of an executive vice president, we have accepted Andrew’s resignation effective immediately,” it added.
