Leonard DeAngelo, former senior vice president of Asian operations for Las Vegas Sands, had been named chief executive officer and president of Greenwood Racing Inc. as of Monday. Before joining Las Vegas Sands, DeAngelo was the executive vice president of operations for Penn National Gaming Inc., and president of the Hilton Casino Beach Resort and the Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.
