Former senior police officer joins TDM Executive Committee

Lei Pek Ieng, a retired senior Public Security Police Force (CPSP) officer, has become a member of TDM’s Executive Committee during a meeting of the public broadcaster’s board of directors held this afternoon (Wednesday), Macau News Agency has learned.

On the morning of the same day, it was revealed by a Chief Executive order published in the Official Gazette that Lei had been appointed as a non-executive board member.

The move is part of a reshuffling of the company’s leadership initiate in early September when Lorman Lo replaced Manuel Pires as Chairman of TDM’s Executive Committee.

Lei Pek Ieng joined CPSP in 1988 and retired in November 2019 as she was serving as an advisor to the Office of the Commissioner-General of the SAR’s Unitary Police Service (SPU).
