Frederic Luvisutto to replace Linda Chen as Wynn Macau COO

Wynn Macau, Limited has announced that its Wynn Palace Chief Operating Officer, Frederic Jean-Luc Luvisutto, has been promoted as its new COO on July 7, 2022.

The appointment comes as Linda Chen stepped down from her position as COO in Wynn Macau Limited and Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. on the same day.

She will continue to serve as the vice-chairman and an executive Director of the company until she will officially replaces Ian Michael Coughlan as President of Wynn Macau Limited.

Coughlan will transition to a role as advisor to the Company and non-executive Director upon completion of his employment agreement, which concludes February 28, 2023.

Luvisutto was also appointed COO of Wynn Macau’s wholly-owned subsidiary and official gaming license holder entity, Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A.

The executive has been the Wynn Palace Chief Operating Officer since January 2014, being responsible for overseeing all operations at Wynn Palace, including gaming operations.

Prior to his Wynn positions, Luvisutto served as Managing Director of the Star
Resort and Casino in Sydney, Australia.

“Frederic Luvisutto has been a standard-bearer for the Wynn brand for many years. After opening Wynn Palace in 2016, he worked diligently to lead the operations team to its current Five Star service standard, ” the CEO of Wynn Resorts, Craig Billings, said in the announcement.

“His promotion to Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited represents a
significant step in establishing the team that will lead our company in the next phase of Macau’s development”

Wynn Macau has seen its gaming license extended by six more months until December 31, 2022 and is currently preparing its bid for the future public tender that will decide the future six new gaming concessions in the SAR.
