Macau News Agency here publishes the full list of new entry restrictions to be enforced from midnight of March 25 and announced by Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng this morning:
-Macau residents: They can enter Macau, but if they have travelled to foreign countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan in the past 14 days before entry, they have to undergo quarantine for 14 days in designated locations after entry
-Residents from countries and regions from outside Greater China: No entry is allowed
-Mainland Chinese, Hong Kong and Taiwan residents: No entry is allowed if they have travelled to foreign countries in the past 14 days before intended entry to Macau
-Mainland Chinese, Hong Kong and Taiwan residents: they have to undergo quarantine for 14 days in designated locations after entry if they have travelled to Hong Kong and Taiwan in the past 14 days before intended entry to Macau
-Mainland Chinese, Hong Kong and Taiwan residents: Entry is allowed if they have only been in Mainland China but they have to undergo medical examination lasting between six and eight hours if they come from Covid-19 prevalent regions (Guangdong, Zhejiang, Chongqing Provinces, Beijing, or Shanghai)
-Non-Macau residents and migrant workers, who have visited Hubei province in the past 14 days before intended entry, have to acquire medical certification to prove they are virus-free before entry
