Macau International Airport cancels 46 flights, ferry services halted

Macau International Airport (MIA) announced that it has canceled a total of 46 flights and rescheduled 21 flights as of 12:00pm today due to the typhoon ‘Wipha’.

The airport estimated a total number of 2,549 passengers have been affected so far.

Meanwhile, all the ferry services departing from Macau has been postponed.

The weather bureau has raised Typhoon Signal 8 at 2:00pm with the signal expected to remain hoisted during the day.
