[Note: the map was produced via Google My Maps with info provided by the Health Bureau. It was last updated at 12.40pm on August 6. Centres have different capacities, therefore a high number doesn’t necessarily mean a longer waiting time]
In another partnership with association Hong-Kong Data lab/Modwize, MNA has devised a map of all testing centres currently available in the city, with number of appointments per centre and estimated queue time.
Starting from 9:00am Wednesday, August 4 authorities have requested for all local residents to take a nucleic acid test until 9:00am August 7.
The request comes after four people already inside the SAR borders were confirmed as Covid-19 cases on August 3.
A total of 42 testing stations operation 24/7 are currently in operation, with 28 set in the Macau Peninsula and 14 in Cotai, Taipa and Coloane.
As of 8:00am of August 6 around 530,000 people had already completed the nucleic acid test sample collection, with 210,000 results already issued.
Residents are required to scheduled test appointments at the following online platform: https://eservice.ssm.gov.mo/allpeoplernatestbook/Booking…
We have also established a live update list of the test centres ordered by the amount of people in the queue, plus estimated waiting period. Link here.
