More areas of Beijing added to mandatory quarantine list

The New Coronavirus Contingency Coordination Centre announced that there are more areas in the city of Beijing on the list of mandatory quarantines upon arrival in Macau.

Since this Sunday noon, anyone who, in the 14 days prior to entering Macau, has been in the Nanfaxin and Gaoliying villages or the Shengli Subdistrict of the Shunyi District has to be in isolation for a period of two weeks.

The decision by the Macau authorities comes when five more cases of infection with the new type of coronavirus were confirmed in Beijing.

China announced this Sunday another 22 cases: 10 imported and 12 local.
