The government has granted a land plot of 114 square metres to Ka Iek Sociedade Unipessoal Limitada to build a 2-star hotel in Pátio das Flores, near Calçada de S. João on the Macau Peninsula. According to the Official Gazette released yesterday, the premium for this land concession amounts to MOP6.97 million (US$871,250). The dispatch signed by Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo Rosario reveals that the 2-star hotel project will comprise five storeys, including one basement.
