Trade between Peru and Macau could increase significantly with the establishment of the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce in the territory, set for October 7. Peruvian Ambassador to China, Harold Forsyth, told Andina news agency that the initiative to establish the chamber of commerce came from Macau-born entrepreneur Lucas Lo, who is of Peruvian descent. Forsyth pointed out that Peru’s Chamber of Commerce in Macau will promote bilateral trade as well as investment opportunities in Peru.
