Typhoon warning signals to be lifted soon

All typhoon warning signals may be cancelled between midnight and 2:00am tomorrow (Thursday), the Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) indicated.

With typhoon Mulan currently at about 500 km from Macau and moving away from the SAR, Signal 8 was replaced by a Signal 3 at 1:00pm today with all remaining signals to be removed shortly.

A thunderstorm warning signal was issued at 11:45am and will be valid until 3:00am.
