Steve Wynn, the chairman and chief executive officer of Wynn Macau, believes his Cotai project will open in late 2014 or early 2015. “We are waiting for permission to work on the site,” he told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “Our project has been approved but we have to wait until the government publishes their permission.”
