Macau (MNA) – A plot of land on Taipa Island has been rented out for helicopter maintenance and landing pad, according to a dispatch posted in the Official Gazette.
The land in question is located at Macau New Urban Zone E2 ‘LT7’ plot, the dispatch reads.
Approved by the Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo Arrais do Rosário, the dispatch reveals that the land occupies 10,162 square metres.
In exchange, another plot located in Coloane occupying 8,429 square metres will be obtained by the Macau SAR Government.
