Macau (MNA) – Lawford Global Limited has requested protection for several trademarks in Macau vis-a-vis casino and hotel management, online gaming, overall entertainment services, and retail and real estate management to name but a few, according to a dispatch in the Official Gazette on Wednesday.
The trademark registration covers a total of 22 requests under the brands Great Bay Area Resort, Great Bay Area Integrated Resort, Greater Bay Resort, Bay Area Resort, and Bay Resort, in English plus 大灣區渡假城, 灣區渡假城, and 灣區綜合渡假城 in Chinese.
The company is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
Evolution Malta Limited is another gaming and entertainment company which has filed for trademark protection in the city for the provision of gaming services.
The company has applied for registration of brand name Lightning Roulette under four categories, two categories under the Chinese brand name of 闪电轮盘 and two more under the name of Shan Dian Lun Pan.
Services under the brands include the provision of casino games, gaming facilities and online gaming, and lotteries as well as slot machines and gaming machines, to name but a few.
