Residents flock to South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida, despite a spike in the number of COVID-19 cases. The state, which decided to slow its reopening, reported 8,942 new cases of COVID-19 on 26 June 2020, as well as 39 new deaths and 212 additional hospitalizations.
